We are also looking for individuals to help start an Alumni Association to preserve the histories of all of the former councils. Camp Fire USA Orca Council was formed in 1991 through the merger of four existing Camp Fire councils: the Olympus, Puyallup, Tacoma Area, and Tyee Councils, each of which had its own proud and unique history.
